History
DST Systems' expertise is derived from a unique perspective among technology vendors. We use AWD in our own operations and financial services processing areas. DST initially developed AWD to help drive profitability for our customer service outsourcing operations with mutual funds companies. Success with AWD led DST to begin marketing it to outside clients in 1991.
AWD is critical to DST's own operations. There are now thousands of AWD users within the DST family of companies as well as among our clients.
