Operationalize DST is unique because we provide tools that make it easier to implement changes.  Implementations are often completed in four to eight months, to receive payback sooner. 3. Monitor AWD can monitor results using business intelligence reporting or KPI (Key Performance Indicator)-driven dashboards for real-time results. Queue management reports help to manage the daily flows of work, also in real time. DST believes process is an important business asset and should be managed like other assets.
