KANSAS CITY, MO. (August 27, 2002)—Automated Work Distributor™ (AWD⪚), a suite of business process management, imaging, workflow, and customer management solutions, was selected by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (BCBSKC) to streamline their claims, new membership services, and written correspondence operations.

BCBSKC has chosen to outsource its AWD server operations. The AWD Data Center will provide BCBSKC with back-end systems maintenance and disaster recovery services.
